First of all property and room both experiences were very bad. The tariff for one night stay charged 15k where as no proper facilities were provided. We booked this property as they provide spa facilities, over the call they said yes spa facility is there. And after checked in reception person was telling sorry we don’t have spa facilities. His behaviour also was very bad. Room was stinking like anything. Toilets were stinking very badly. No room ventilation no view outside. We checked out from this property within one hour as we could not bare that any more. And they don’t refund even if any inconvenience. So we lost 15k entire paid amount as well

We had a good time at the resort. Food was amazing, staff was good. Only concern was that the property was small and amenities were not in working condition in the indoor play area for kids.

We too jacuzzi room. Which is not functioning properly. Poor maintenance of the room and some foul smell coming inside the room. Poorly maintained game zone. Reception staff is zero cooperative, we called them for high tea at 5. 55pm, and they told me it was close. Whatever you ask them, their answer will be negative only. Restaurant staff is good, spa staff is good.

Totally mesmerizing experience the entire staff is too good adarsh took utmost care jeet biswas amd rukmani took good care of our food chef robin specially arranged food for our ekadashi fast. The facilities are too good in the resort

Happy with the stay. We stayed in the arabic room which was luxurious. It was cleanly maintained. Service was good. Mithun was very kind. Would recommend this place for a luxurious stay.

Property is situated right at the entrance of the city, this acts in 2 ways as positive as you reach without hassle but on the contrary there's no view. Rooms have no/small balcony without view, but are spacious and good. Welcome drink is good property has swimming pool, small water park, rain dance area and recreational area. Drawback swimming pool is not clean at all, recreational area has timezone style games 2-3 are paid, rest is free. Food is good but have limited veg options. We stayed for 3 days and on day 1 there was power cut thrice. Mullyangiri is 11km

Very good hospitality, very good rooms with very fancy bathrooms. Luxury feeling. Food is amazing bit expensive but bf is average as it is free. Overall a very nice place

The property size is great with open space, gardens, water park themed pool, rain dance, swimming pool and indoor games. The food was awesome and restaurant service was really great. The only drawback was untrained and lousy management. There were no sign-boards for directions in the property neither the staff was prompt to escort/guide the guests. Welcome drink was not served and neither briefing about the room and resort amenities was done during checkin. The switch to operate the jacuzzi was outside the bathroom but it was not marked on the switch or anywhere in the bathroom. When the staff came the next day for help only then we could understand the issue. The infrastructure is classy with massive room sizes and beautiful interiors but untrained hospitality staff is a problem. They did not even inform the restaurant that our booking included complimentary dinner though we had made the booking a month before. We got wide variety of tasty food eventually but the management is unprofessional. I am rating my stay 4 stars.
